11/13/18- The gravity effect today after 8-15c gains in wheat futures yest, we down 6-10c early this morn and corn futures also erased its 4c climb from yest as well. Flat line. Some Chinese discussions are going on re tarriffs but no news yet. Wheat futures had dropped 15-25c after 11/8 crop report and seems like home base for now. Unbelievable USDA used Chinese 12 bil bu ovr 10 year adjustment increase on yc production from 11/7 update and added 6 bil bu to the world corn ending stox to the crop report vs last month! Expect markets to remain flat and stuck in this 15-30c range. Aussie crop production dropped by 1 mil MT vs Oct report. Not much progress in trade negotiations as the circus continues. Since late May tweets soybeans down $2/bu, wheat down a buck, and YC down 50c/bu. US grains very competitive in the World and should draw good demand to set up the next 30-50c rally. US corn & bean harvests should be done by the end of Nov. US export sales for week ending Nov1 still down with 24 mb wht sold, 14 mb soybeans, and 28 mb YC sold. Corn demand only thing above LY pace. Sorghum exports at 12% of LY pace due to the absence of China purchases.
